SAGPAT IS LOCATED IN THE MOUNTAINOUS AREA OF KIBUNGAN, tangenting the province of Ilocos Sur on the west. The barangay SAGPAT is rugged mountains - and can be reached by bus traveling gravel roads built along steep mountainsides overlooking down deep precipice. A little driving mistake can plunge the bus down the ravine. If riding on the bus, a female passenger has to have a well-fitting bra support to jarring of rough jumpy ride and to hold on to the loop hanging overhead so won't lose balance. Also the dust is thick during hot dry season. When a landslide blocks the road, the passengers have to walk on foot for the rest of the trip.
