QC gov't. donates computer sets to public schools

MANILA -- The Quezon City Council has passed a series of resolutions authorizing Mayor Herbert Bautista to donate computer sets and printers to four public schools in Quezon City to improve the delivery of administrative services of each school.

Under Resolution 7018-2017, it authorizes the donation of 10 computer sets and printers to Doῆa Rosario High School in Barangay Novaliches Proper.

Resolution 7019-2017 is about the donation of the 10 computer sets and printers to Maligaya High School in Barangay Pasong Putik.

Resolution 7020-2017 also concerns the donation of 10 computer sets to Lagro High School in Barangay Greater Lagro while Resolution 7021-2017 donates three computer sets and printers to Doῆa Rosario Elementary School in Barangay Novaliches Proper.

“The donation of computer sets and printers to these schools is a boost for their administrative functions, like records-keeping, to be properly accomplished at as faster rate and records will be safely stored,” Mayor Bautista said in a statement.

“These donations are part of the city government’s program to modernize the facilities in our public schools,” it added

The computers and printers will be purchased through funds allocated to the Office of Councilor Karl Edgar C. Castelo.
