CLARK FREEPORT -- The Pampanga-Tarlac Energy Press Corps has organized a journalism seminar at Park Inn by Radisson Clark hotel here today, December 4.
Jay Pelayo, president of the press corps, said they sponsored the event in recognition of the group's social responsibility.
"We at the Pampanga-Tarlac Energy Press Corps, composed of volunteer media practitioners dedicated to impartial and accurate reporting of the energy industry, aimed to support our colleagues," Pelayo said.
The seminar, which will cover Basic Journalism, Digital Communications, and Community Relations, is set at 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday at the Park Inn by Radisson Clark.
"This free seminar intends to provide participants with a refresher course on journalism for a clear and concise communication of information," Pelayo said.
The participants will also be informed of the trends and theories on digital communications and community relations as important areas of public relations, he added.
