Oakridge Realty begins expansion of business park

OAKRIDGE Realty Development Corp. (ORDC) recently held a groundbreaking ceremony for another new development in Oakridge Business Park, the company’s flagship high-end office and retail hub in Mandaue City.

An expansion of its Oakridge IT Center, the new development comprises two 12-storey PEZA-registered buildings and a lifestyle atrium. The first phase will be completed by 2017, while the second phase will begin right after. These structures will add more than 30,000 square meters of premium work and retail leasable spaces to Oakridge‘s growing commercial property inventory.
