A student turned instructor of Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management, Gerald Alquizalas, said that back in the day, they would still wait for their turn to use the old-fashioned oven.
"Sauna, maghuwat gyud mi sa among turn nga maka bake ug cake (We used to wait for our turn to bake a cake) and we are using the traditional way of baking, but now with the new facilities, students will no longer wait for their turn because they have these new equipment they can use individually," Alquizalas said.
