DOH allocates Php 9.2 M for Dagupan CHO's expansion

DAGUPAN CITY, June 30 (PNA)-- Mayor Belen Fernandez announced that The Department of Health (DOH) has allocated a budget of Php 9.2 million for the expansion of the City Health Office here, including the construction of One-Stop Diagnostic Center, according to Mayor Belen Fernandez.

Fernandez said the twin projects would be implemented this year under the DOH's Health Facilities Enhancement Program.

The city government is allocating a counterpart fund of Php 4.2 million for the purchase of additional health facilities and equipment.

Fernandez said the Diagnostic Center, will give free health services like free X-Ray, ECG, Ultrasound and blood tests to all Daguoenoa.

This will complement the present administration’s program "Unliserbisyo" or unlimited services to the people.
