The tournament is presented by Marriott Cebu City Hotel, City Sports Club-Cebu and Zenovia International.
Led by last year’s champions Convergy’s Converters, nine teams, including last year’s Evo League champs Teletech-Telstra Boomerangs, will vie for the Elite Classic title, while 11, including the six newcomers, will fight for the Evo League title.
Among the innovations of the league this year is having an official tournament website powered and sponsored by Zenovia, which was represented by its president and CEO Kent Migallena.
The Elite Classic champion will also get a treat and a party from Marriot Hotel.

The new participating teams, who are all competing in the Evo League, include the United Health Group Cobras, QBE Generals, Dynnino Raptors, Blue Ocean Pirates, Tech Mahindra Mighties and the Atos Falcons.
Completing the competitors in the Evo League are Author Solution Inc. Hardbacks, Kyocera Frontiers, The Results Spartans, Teletech Titans, SupportSave Dragons and Contact Solution Flying Lemurs.
