Sibuco built its road only to the edge of the river short of 500 feet to the border where the road would meet Limpapa, Zamboanga City. The budget to build the bridge and the road has been allocated since 2012 yet here it is 2016 no bridge yet. Commerce between the two communities will prosper if this road is completed. Travel time for all citizens of Zamboanga del Norte to Zamboanga City will be diminished. Buses, cars, jeepneys, tricycles and even bicycles will be able traverse this road on a daily basis. Why is Sibuco, Zamboanga del Norte procrastinating on this road/bridge building project? Specially since the budget is already appropriated!
