+* Baguingin-Lanot is one of the Barangay in the Municipality of Alimodian, Province of Iloilo and is about 24 kilometres from the City of "love" Iloilo. It is being classified as rural place, the means of transportation going to City of Iloilo is though Public Utility Jeepney from Municipality of Leon. The PUJ's of Alimodian cannot pass by the said Barangay.

+* Baguingin-Lanot is one of the best performing Barangay at the Municipality of Alimodian and has a beautiful Chapel and other Barangay Structures. The site of Barangay plaza is totally different, very nice. The Elementary School is located at the top of Amita-Alfeche Subdivision. The farm products were easily transported since the Barangay road was maintained to be in good condition.
