Maging ang Waste management at ang papasemento ng dating HAnging bridge na ngayon ay is ng malaki at magarang kalsada. Ang brgy. Emmanuel I ay kilala din sa mga taong naging yaman upang makilala ang Brgy. Andito napapaloob ang magkapatid na sina Hector at Catherine Batang na noong year 2000 ay nagbigay karangalan sa larangan ng pag awit sa pagsali sa Tuklas Gintong Tinig sa Dasmañas. Ang Basketball team naman na nagbigay ng inspirasyon sa mga kabataan ng makamit nito ang 1st place noong year 2000. Maraming mang aawit ang nakilala din, at ito rin ay sa pangunguna ng kanilang kabarangay na si Ronald Varona.
