*Nang maluklok si Kapitan Batang bilang opisyal na kapitan ng brgy. Emmanuel ay marami ang pinagbago ng ng brgy. Mula sa mga kalsada, pamilihan, palakasan, at iba pang proyekto ay naipagsakatuparan. Maging ang Waste management at ang papasemento ng dating HAnging bridge na ngayon ay is ng malaki at magarang kalsada. Ang brgy. Emmanuel I ay kilala din sa mga taong naging yaman upang makilala ang Brgy. Andito napapaloob ang magkapatid na sina Hector at Catherine Batang na noong year 2000 ay nagbigay karangalan sa larangan ng pag awit sa pagsali sa Tuklas Gintong Tinig sa Dasmañas. Ang Basketball team naman na nagbigay ng inspirasyon sa mga kabataan ng makamit nito ang 1st place noong year 2000. Maraming mang aawit ang nakilala din, at ito rin ay sa pangunguna ng kanilang kabarangay na si Ronald Varona. Marami pang mga magandang proyekto ang inilatag ng kapitan bago ito yumao noong year 2008 at naipagpatuloy ni Kap. Winnie Dedase.
