Here is a "success" story that the PRRC has in [http://www.prrc.gov.ph/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=72:the-rehabilitation-and-development-of-esteros&catid=40:news&Itemid=99 their website]. This is great and hopefully there will be more, but they did not address the sewer system problem. The sewer continues to drain into the pasig river and continues to kill it.
