-PAGBILAO, Quezon- The Quezon Provincial Police Office (QPPO) and Quezon Provincial Public Safety Company (QPPSC) will manage the traffic flow in barangays Ibabang Palsabangon, Binahaan and Silangang Malicboy in this town where roads are under construction.
