THE Office of the Civil Defense (OCD) failed to grant the Philippine Coast Guard’s (PCG) request for an aircraft to be used in search and rescue operation of two missing boatmen in Catanduanes. | |||
The OCD earlier said they don’t have an available aircraft. In response, the PCG said in a radio report they will continue the search and rescue operation once the weather becomes stable. | |||
