TUGUEGARAO CITY, Jan. | TUGUEGARAO CITY, Jan. 21 (PIA) -- The National Grid Corporation of the Philippines (NGCP) served notice of the scheduled shutdown of some of its transmission facilities on January 25, 2012 from 4:00 to 6:00 in the morning. | ||
