Robbers broke into the house of a businesswoman in Barangay Centro Dos, Malig, Isabela province, last Friday, and made off with some P7 million worth of jewelry, cash and other important valuables, police said yesterday. | |||
Chief Inspector Jaime Narne, Mallig town chief of police, identified the victim as Jesusa Uy, 80, a businesswoman. | |||
Police investigation showed that the robbers entered the victim’s bedroom and took away an attaché case containing jewelry with an estimated value of P1 million, P1 million cash, and four checks amounting to P5 million. | |||
