CEBU CITY – In a bid to totally eradicate red tape in driver’s license issuance, the Land Transportation Office in Central Visayas (LTO-7) has strengthened its information drive encouraging the public to avail of free comprehensive driver’s education (CDE) program and examination via the online portal. In a statement Thursday, LTO-7 regional director Victor Emmanuel Caindec said the CDE, through the Land Transportation Management System (LTMS), can be accessed 24/7. "Our online portal can be accessed anytime and anywhere. It also has the refresher course for the drivers for them to be reminded of the road safety, traffic rules, special laws, regulations, among others," Caindec said. | |||
