ANGELES CITY, Pampanga – The isolation facility of the city government here inside the City College of Angeles (CCA) is now empty as coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) cases continue to drop. Reina Manuel, executive assistant IV of Mayor Carmelo Lazatin Jr., said on Thursday this is the only time for the facility to become empty since the pandemic began last year. Manuel is handling the operations and management at the isolation facility, together with City Health Officer Dr. Verona Guevarra. She said the last six patients housed at the facility were released Thursday after their negative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) test results for Covid-19 came out.
