Caloocan City News: December 11, 2011- Seized meat: MANILA, Philippines — Four suspected hijackers dumped the driver and helper of a 40-foot container van carrying an imported meat in Caloocan City after they were allegedly cut by four men, one of whom was allegedly sporting a police uniform somewhere in Macro-10, Manila Saturday night.
