Limpapa Zamboanga City Philippines
The structure in this picture is what the locals call "orno" or "tapahan" meaning furnace. This is where the split coconut shells with the meat still in gets cooked. The cooked coconut meat is called "copra". Copra is still one of the major industries in Limpapa.
