Davao del Sur News: November 20, 2011- Math Literacy: TDAVAO CITY, Philippines (PNA) – The University of the Philippines Alumni Association (UPAA) Davao recently launched the Mathematics Literacy Development Program (MLDP) to help public elementary school teachers to increase teaching competency in the subject through introducing new learning methods.
