Davao del Sur News: April 20, 2012- Visit Samal Island program set to be bigger this 2012: DAVAO CITY- A bigger Visit Samal Island (VSI) program will be held this year with multi-sectoral partners linking up for the event. This, according to Cleto Gales, Island Garden City of Samal City administrator, who announced that the city is only allocating a budget of P250,000.
