Hi there I grew up in Talisayan with my grandfolks and it has been 6 years since I have been there but I cannot remember the Barrio captain it has been awhile I have to ask my father. I know my grandpa the late Roberto "Berting" Navarro was there when it was just well bamboo groves mostly after the war and my other relatives the Macrohon's are the ones who have been there the longest I have to do a little research but boy I tell you I miss that place a lot I swam at the beach.hunted small game with lolo up in the hills and fished at the San Ramon Sas river.
