It has four canning factories namely ; Permex Producer and Exporter Corp., Ayala Seafoods, Universal Canning and Jordan Canning Factory. Aside from the vocational school, it also has the Seaman's School as well the Elementary and High School. Ayala is the first barangay to celebrate FONDA, founded by former barangay chairman Romel Ortega way back in 1982 during his incumbency as SK chairman which was then continously celebrated by his late father, former barangay chairman Franciscisco "NONOY" Ortega. Fonda became a christmas traditon of the Ayalenses where until now it is also being celebrated by other barangays.
