Angeles City Cycling Club was started by Mr. Sonny Pascual with the following pioneer members: Arnel Garcia, Noli Galvez, Roel Deang, Resty Lusung and Rafael Lao. First Office was located at the Philippine Institute of Electronics in crossing, where Lucing's Sigsig is located, owned by the Nietes Family (I think). We solicited sponsorship in Malacanang Palace at the Dept of Information that was headed by Mr. Kit Tadtad in the 70s-80s. | |||
