Cebu grad tops Medical Technologist Licensure Exam

A GRADUATE of Cebu City made it into the top ten of the August 2017 Medical Technologist Licensure Examination, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Thursday, August 31.

Louis Joseph Gaviola Lafuente of Velez College made it to the ninth rank with a score of 90.10 percent.

Marianne Ross Bacia Soldevilla of Notre Dame of Marbel University got the first place with 90.90 percent, while Glenn Charls Lagumbay Buelis of the University of the Immaculate Conception-Davao got the second place with a score of 90.80 percent.

Cebu Doctors' University is among the country's top performing school with 100 percent passing rate, Velez College got an overall performance of 99.04 percent.

PRC announced that 4,821 out of 5,661 passed licensure examination given by the Board of Medical Technology in the cities of Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Legazpi, Lucena and Tuguegarao.
