I have a piece of property totaling 1500 square metres which I need to sell. The property is in rural Lutucan Bata, Sariaya in Quezon Province. The whole property is actually 3 adjacent plots of 500 square meters each. Thus the total is 1500 square meters. Only one of the plots has anything built on it. The area built is roughly 250 square meters. The built up part is just a single storey house with a verandah. The built up plot has a concrete wall around it and a metal gate. It is very safe. It is a place where you go when you really need to get away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The plot is about 45 minutes walk from the beach. It is a really quiet place. | |||
The plots are quite far away from the main road. The nearest town is Candelaria or Lucena City depending on your choice. You should preferably own a four-wheeler to access the place. | |||
The place is a idealic location. It was meant to be my retirement home but after being struck with cancer, we are unable to pursue this dream and now my wife wishes to sell it quickly. | |||
