GUMASA, Glan, Sarangani, May 2 (PIA) -- The first SarBay Fest Zumba Beach Party is set on May 19, Saturday at Gumasa in Glan, to be conducted by licensed Zumba fitness instructors Vicky Javier and John Ri Romero both of the Beefit Gym and Aerobics from Davao City. | |||
“Come and join the inaugural staging of the world’s phenomenal fitness program in the biggest beach party here in Mindanao,” said Javier, also a member of the Zumba Instructors Network. | |||
It is a two-hour, non-stop fitness program that is mainly sponsored by the provincial government of Sarangani under Gov. Migs Dominguez and supported also by the office of Congressman Emmanuel Pacquiao. | |||
Expected to join are 100 fitness buffs coming from Davao City, General Santos City, and Sarangani Province. | |||
“Aside that it is a good exercise, you will really enjoy dancing to the Zumba music and dance steps,” said Romero, also a hip-hop and modern dance instructor. | |||
Registration fee is only P200 with free giveaways, certificate and raffle. | |||
