Due to personal circumstances I offer my shares (21,32%) for sale in a lodge in Africa. The lodge is located in the Luangwa Valley, near Mfuwe, Zambia and is named Thornicroft Lodge.

The lodge has been built in 2009, so fairly new. The lodge comprises a big main building with lounge, restaurant, reception and bar, a seperate large well equipped kitchen and storage, 9 two-persons chalets, a wonderful family house, pool, laundry, staff ablution block and (cars) workshop.

Since 2011, there is also a small campsite with 8 dome tents on platforms with its own main building and ablution block. The lodge is fully operational (since 2010), well furnished and has all required facilities, permits and special open safari game drive cars. Safaris for clients are by open game drive vehicles and/or by foot (walking safaris) in the South Luangwa National Park, one of the most beautiful wildlife parks on the African continent. The lodge is frequently visited by elephants, puku’s, busbucks and giraffes! Shareholders have special benefits and privileges, that makes this investment very attractive.
