CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY -- Office of Civil Defense 10 conducted a five-day training on Rapid Damage Assessment and Needs Analysis (RDANA) for the Province of Misamis Oriental.
The training aims to empower the members of the Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Councils (LDRRMCs) to provide quicker and more comprehensive reporting and response action during disaster.
The participants were trained on quick assessment of disaster damage for faster submission of report so that immediate appropriate relief actions can be undertaken.
