SOS Davao holds ‘Bike for Love’ on Valentine’s Day

DAVAO CITY, Jan. 28 (PNA) – The SOS Children’s Villages Davao is hosting a fun ride for bikers on Valentine’s Day, February 14, in celebration of its 35th founding anniversary.
“It is dubbed as the Bike for Love for a Child and Family,” said SOS Children’s Villages Davao Fund Development Coordinator Roxie Paguyan.
The 40-kilometer fun ride which starts and ends at the SOS Children’s Village in Bajada. It is supported by PhilCycling.
“It kicks off at 6 a.m. The route includes the SM Lanang, Angliongto, Davao Airport, Sun City and Cabantian National High School. Registration fee is P350 with one free jersey, certificate, snacks and raffles,” Paguyan said.

SOS Children's Village Davao is one of the eight villages in the Philippines. It is a private, non-political, non-denominational organization providing long-term family-based care and education to children in need.

SOS Children’s Village Davao currently has 178 children.
