CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY, January 5 -- To ensure fast, prompt and efficient processing of new applications and renewal of business permits at the Business One-Stop Shop at the Cagayan de Oro City Hall, the City Treasurer’s Office has come up with easy steps and procedures on how to secure a new business permit or renewal.
Taxpayers can also take a look on how to use the touch screen, user-friendly kiosks, the first-of-its-kind in the country, when getting queuing number for tax payments, billing and assessment, securing a cedula, traffic citation payment, among other features.
For convenience, technology-savvy clients can simply access the city’s official website: www.cagayandeoro.gov.ph to get online billing on real property tax, business tax and business tax assessment. Downloadable business permit application forms are also available.
The city likewise introduced new innovations on tax payments by applying the mobile money payment system wherein Globe/TM subscribers can use their GCash account to pay their taxes and other fees, with just a click of their fingers on their mobile phones.
