The preparation of coconut for copra right after harvest.
The farmer just husked a coconuts. He splits the coconut right after husking. Since these coconuts were harvested at the hilltops, he had to stuff the split coconuts in sacks. The split coconuts make it lighter to carry.
The metal tool shaped like a triangle is the instrument used for husking. The tip of the tool is very sharp, that's why he covered it with a sheath (orange color).
If you look carefully to the left of the photo laying on the ground is a woven coconut leaf.
