| PAGBILAO, Quezon- Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Region 4-A Director Malou Toledo disclosed during the launching and inauguration of the business incubation center Thursday, February 9 in Quezon National Agricultural School (QNAS) in Pagbilao town that DTI and other project partner agencies would further develop the center intended for micro, small and medium enterprises in Quezon province.

| DTI awarded the amount of P1 million to purchase the equipment stored in the business incubation center. The equipment is composed of powder filling machine, super sealer sealing machine, hulian continous vertical band sealer, vacuum packaging machine, silent cutter and manual stuffer. These equipment are needed by entrepreneurs in the operation of their businesses.

| Meanwhile Pablito Budoy of DTI- Quezon said small and medium entrepreneurs may rent any of the said equipment at low or minimal amount per hour such as the following: powder filling machine - P154.55 per hour; Super sealer sealing machine- P 65.55 per hour; hulian continous vertical band sealer –P74.75; Vacuum packing machine- P80.55; silent cutter- P60.20 and manual stuffer – P51.20 per hour.

| The business incubation center was established through joint efforts of the DTI, Quezon National Agricultural School (QNAS), Pagbilao, Quezon and the Quezon micro small and medium enterprises development council (QMSMEDC) which aims to help small and medium entrepreneurs in Quezon province for good packaging/ sealing of their products manufactured.
