FILINVEST Land Corporation (FLI) launched its 2nd condominium project in Cagayan de Oro city located at Rosario Limketkai Avenue.

The FLI’s One Oasis CDO is a 2.7-hectare property mid-rise condominium community that is considered the first of its kind in Northern Mindanao.

One Oasis CDO is the latest addition to FLI’s series of refreshing oasis-themed condominium communities in prime-urban locations.

Inspired by the world’s best vacation spots, each refreshing enclave features lush landscapes and resort-inspired amenities are dubbed as “My Patch of Green in the City.”

This new condominium project by FLI is an Asian-Balinese-themed development which is composed of five medium-rise buildings.
