-The Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA) Office of Consular Affairs (DFA-OCA) will be closed for passport services and document authentication on Monday, February 13.
+Parañaque City Police is on a manhunt against the suspect who strangled and killed his cousin in front of his niece early this week.
-The DFA said the date was declared a special non-working holiday by the Parañaque City Government in celebration of Parañaque City Day.
+The victim, Wilson Sonny Carcallas, 62 of No. 832 Gold Street, Camella Homes 3, Green Heights Subdivision, Barangay San Isidro, died upon arrival at the Olivarez General Hospital. Police said the suspect Oliver Damalario, victim’s cousin, went to Carcallas’ house at around 7 p.m. Tuesday when they engaged themselves into a heated argument.
