Cotabato City - All roads lead to the Shariff Kabunsuan Cultural Center here today, Monday as the seven aspirants to become officer-in-charge governor of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao will present their own reform agenda for ARMM governance. | |||
The two-day public forum aims to let those wanting to become OIC governor, OIC vice governor and OIC-members of the Regional Legislative Assembly present their agenda of government when they assume office starting October 1, granting they were the lucky ones, the ARMM interior and local governments said recently. | |||

The appointment of OICs for ARMM was vested to the President through Republic Act 10153 which also postponed the scheduled August 2011 elections and hold it simultaneous with the 2013 national and local elections. | |||
The law also empowers President Aquino to name OICs who will serve for 21 months starting the end of term of office of incumbent ARMM officials on September 30. | |||
