Chairman, Hon. Adonis B. Manuel faced them with a smile and in return, he said also, “I love you, too”.  Then each of them said “I love you” to the person seated beside them.  After this, they dared the resource speaker also to say “I love you, Kapitan” and she did it.  Then after that, they requested her to kiss him and she kissed him with a friendly kiss on his left cheek and they were very, very happy.  The resource speaker appreciated too much with the reactions of the participants.

Hon. Manuel reacted on the topic, “Accept criticism”.  He faced the cooks and told them, “So if I will tell you that the food you cooked is very salty, then don’t pout and hate me because how can you improve the taste if you do not accept criticism”.  The cooks smiled at him saying “yes” with the glow in their eyes.
