The barangay hall of Cabatangan is situated just after a sloping right curve going up along Upper Cabatangan, which is the higher area of the barangay. It is just past a GMA TV Network satellite and the San Isidro Labrador Chapel. Due to its location, it is quite hard maneuvering to park along the road when using a motorcycle, and is quite impossible (given the limited space) to park a vehicle there. It would be wise to park near Cabatangan Elementary School just a few blocks up ahead instead, where the road levels off. From there, one can slowly walk down to the barangay hall. As can be seen in the picture, the barangay hall has a roofed open area where meetings can be held. The office of the barangay officials is behind the elevated area which also serves as a mini-stage.
