CLARK FREEPORT -- A Pampanga-based developer is committed to continue building more communities at a low cost for the average income families in the province and other parts of Central Luzon.

Michael Tan, deputy chief operating officer of Hausland Realty Corporation, said Hausland and its subsidiary, Fiesta Communities Incorporated, will continue its mission in providing decent residence low income families.

“We cannot stop because there are a lot of families that rely on us. If we stop, paano na yung dinevelop namin hindi ba? Right now how many, we see 15,000 for both Hausland and Fiesta. We were able to give houses to 15,000 families and then we have 700 employees, 800 agents and 300 to 500 contractors,” Tan said.

He also shared the thrust of the company, headed by Hausland COO Willie Tan, which is to help touch the hearts of many people.

“Actually we can retire now, yun ang sabi ng boss. We can stop and call it quits. They can live a hefty life pero talagang ganoon pala ang purpose ng tao hindi ba? First, you try to survive. Second, you will be inspired for what you have done and third you have to continue to share and to touch other people’s heart,” Tan said.

“I think we have evolved into that kind of a company and proudly homegrown Kapampangan company,” he added.
