Finance Secretary Carlos Dominguez III has ordered the dismissal of Bureau of Customs (BOC) officer, Khalid Minoao Calandada and two municipal treasurers, Ananie Raluto of Zamboanga del Sur and Eddie Rodriguez of Occidental Mindoro.

According to the Ombudsman’s findings. Raluto was found liable for dishonesty and grave misconduct in the purchasing of 3,332 bottles of liquid foliar fertilizer.

Earlier, Dominguez ordered the suspension without pay of municipal treasurers Angelita Roble of Tudela, Cherryl Aguirre of Valladolid, Aniceta Suyat, Candidato Macabangon, and Rosita Siniclang of Emilio and the Local Treasury Operations Officer IV Marilou Rivera.

In addition, the suspension of Special Agent Samuel Gamao Saed, and Customs Operations Officer IV Jerry Gomez Ponce, were directed by Dominguez for dishonesty and neglect of duty.
