Last March 21, 2018: Committee report no. 367 in conjunction with senate bill no. 1765 was presented to Pres. Duterte for approval. This is the anti-dynasty law. Why is Duterte ignoring Senate Bill No. 1765. and he simply shrugged at this and mentioned that it will be included in the "NEW" constitution. Who is he FOOLING? Anti-dynasty was mentioned in the 1987 constitution: "ARTICLE II - Section 26: The State shall guarantee equal access to opportunities for public service and prohibit political dynasties as may be defined by law." This is the opportunity to define it under law.

1. For 2018 Duterte and the legislature can pave the way for a better governance and help do away with oligarch control by pushing through with the ANTI-DYNASTY ACT. A precedence has already been set. All the current administration has to do is follow through. An anti-dynasty Republic Act 10742 for the SK has been passed last January 15, 2016. >>a. Make this applicable for the entire barangay officials.
>>b. Applicable to the municipality and city level.
>>c. Applicable to the provincial and regional level
>>d. Applicable to the national level (senators).

Duterte refuses to discuss Anti-Dynasty law because his family will be one of the violators. His children are the mayor and vice-mayor of Davao City.

Duterte relies so much on the power of Dynasties to get what he wants. If this bill goes through, the 2019 elections will then practically eliminate the VICIOUS political controls of oligarchs and/or dynasties.

Duterte does not want this to happen because he will lose control. He relies on the power of the dynasties.

Decent paying jobs may be found within the government structure but more so in private industries. Government reform does not mean and should not mean change in government structure.

1. To boost the economy, a change in the form of government NEVER guarantees prosperity. Look at all those other Federal form of governments with the parliamentary systems. Poor. The government system did not help them. Our economy is growing. We need our president to attract businesses and not to chase them away with his "Putang Inas", and dictatorial behavior by attempting to suppress the FREEDOM OF SPEECH with threats.

2. The push for federalism in the Philippines is only pushed by four kinds of people:
>>a. The first one is by the Muslims (Moros) because they want an Islamic state of their own. Federalism guarantees them an Islamic State.
>>b. The second are the greedy (Kanya-Kanya) mentality who are also the proponents of political dynasties.
>>c. The third are the ignorant, the blind followers or the minions of the proponents of this type of federalism in the Philippines.
>>d. The fourth are those who are paid to say yes. They are just chasing MONEY. They will do anything for MONEY.

I suggest that those people who talk about centralism in the Philippines should read and understand Republic Act No. 7160, otherwise known as the "Local Government Code of 1991".

So yes to constitutional reform to allow international investors to come in. Eliminate the 60/40 deal. I am for improvement but NOT the dismantling of the form of government to satisfy the needs of the few.
