The case of a Chinese woman, whose murder along Roxas Boulevard was caught by a Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas surveillance camera, had finally been resolved following the arrest of her alleged killer late Thursday night. Manila Police District Homicide Section head, Police Senior Insp. Joey De Ocampo identified the arrested suspect as Go Shung Young, 26, of 1119 EGI Taft Tower, Taft Avenue, Malate, Manila. Go was allegedly responsible for the death of his girlfriend Zhao Chun Lan, 24, Gan Zu Province, China, whom he intentionally ran over using his Nissan Cefiro (ZAY-741) along Roxas Boulevard, near the BSP building in Manila last January 14.
