The San Isidro Labrador chapel is located in Upper Cabatangan, and is one of two chapels in the barangay. The other chapel, St. Joseph the Worker chapel is located in Lower Cabatangan. Both chapels are presided over by Fr. Naning. San Isidro Labrador chapel is located in the corner of a steep curve to the right that leads to the barangay hall and the Cabatangan Elementary School. It is slightly bigger than the St. Joseph chapel in Lower Cabatangan, and has a rectory for the priest.
