CALAPAN CITY, Oriental Mindoro, December 14 (PIA) –- Seven Barangay Day Care Centers received new tables and chairs from the provincial capitol, under the education program of Governor Alfonso Umali Jr. The program was funded by the Provincial Social Welfare Development Office (PSWDO) under the Early Childhood Care and Development Program, in partnership with the Department of Education. | |||
The day care centers which received the new school furnishings are found in the barangays of Subaan, Socorro; Inclanay,Pinamalayan; G. Antonino, Gloria; Proper, Bansud; Cantil, Roxas; Nasucob, Bulalacao and Barangay Zone I of Pinamalayan town. | |||
Previously, the provincial capitol had also awarded chairs and tables to another set of day care centers, which were done in simple ceremonies at the capitol. | |||
