TANGUB CITY, Misamis Occidental, March 21 (PIA) -- Various activities have been lined-up by the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) here to raise the people’s awareness on the observance of the Fire Prevention Month of March this year. | |||
Among such activities were the drawing, poster-making, and essay-writing contest on the theme "Makiisa, Makialam, Makipagtulongan Upang Sunog Ay Maiwasan (be united, get involved and cooperate, so fire can be avoided),” Senior Fire Inspector Butch Baulete, City Fire Marshall, said. | |||
Held at the Tangub City Function Hall 1, last March 9, the poster-making and essay-writing contests were participated by high school students, while the drawing contest was geared towards elementary students. | |||
