When was the association organized?
When was the association organized?
I Standby to be corrected. To my knowledge I don't believe we had or we have organized CURUAN NATIONALA HIGH SCHOOL ALUMNI ASSOCIATION (CNHSAA). However I do believe there were several attempts. Most often these efforts occur when an alumni or  a group of alumni would come back to Curuan after few years abroad or outside Zamboanga City. They tried their very best to gather all the available former classmates, schoolmates, and any alumni around to get together in the alma mater campus. To talk about their tales and share old memories and at the end of the day every body realize there is no more time to organize the alumni association. But it is very possible some groups were able to organized and their effort is very commendable. And all the uninformed alumni like my self WELCOMES you. Please come forward and introduce yourself and submit the names of the Officers and the year it was formed. The most recent elected Officers will be recognize as the incumbent Officers of CNHSAA.
Today we have this CNHSAA Webpage by the courtesy of Z-Wiki thru Frank Maletsky we welcome you to share and be part of this webpage. Let this be our center of communication to unite and nourish and let CNHSAA grow into a healthy and productive association for our alma mater.

The Philippines has been a "decentralized" form of government since 1991, contrary to what most Filipinos think. Ever since the creation of Republic Act 7160, each LGU is responsible for its own domain. Even the smallest LGU the barangay creates its own Budget. It is not dependent on handouts from the city, municipality or province. "IMPERIAL MANILA IS A MYTH!", it does not exist anymore. The Philippine budget formulation system is not centralized. "Budgetary planning has been DECENTRALIZED since 1991". It is the responsibility of each LGU to submit their budgetary needs for review. Failure to submit is the problem.
