2020 theme song

My theme song for the year 2020 is the great song “I can see clearly now”, written and sang by Johnny Nash. Released in 1972.

I Can See Clearly Now
I can see clearly now, the rain is gone,
I can see all obstacles in my way
Gone are the dark clouds that had me blind
It’s gonna be a bright (bright), bright (bright)
Sun-Shiny day.
I think I can make it now, the pain is gone
All of the bad feelings have disappeared
Here is the rainbow I’ve been prayin’ for
It’s gonna be a bright (bright), bright (bright)
Sun-Shiny day.
Look all around, there’s nothin’ but blue skies
Look straight ahead, nothin’ but blue skies
I can see clearly now, the rain is gone,
I can see all obstacles in my way
Gone are the dark clouds that had me blind
It’s gonna be a bright (bright), bright (bright)
Sun-Shiny day.

Anti-dynasty philippines

President Rodrigo Roa Duterte promotes dynasties.

President Rodrigo R. Duterte for the term of 2016-2022

We all know that the Philippine constitution needs reform. But that is not the #1 problem of the Philippines. We need reforms, but who are these people in government that will be pushing for these reforms? Most of them are the corrupt politicians associated with the oligarchs and fixed political dynasties.

How do we eliminate these old mongrels who control the Philippines. Simple!! Pass the Anti-Dynasty law.

Last March 21, 2018: Committee report no. 367 in conjunction with senate bill no. 1765 was presented to Pres. Duterte for approval. This is the anti-dynasty law. Why is Duterte ignoring Senate Bill No. 1765. and he simply shrugged at this and mentioned that it will be included in the “NEW” constitution. Who is he FOOLING? Anti-dynasty was mentioned in the 1987 constitution: “ARTICLE II – Section 26: The State shall guarantee equal access to opportunities for public service and prohibit political dynasties as may be defined by law.” This is the opportunity to define it under law.

So what happened in the Philippines during the May 14, 2018 (barangay election) and in the May 13, 2019 national elections? Dynasties prevailed. In many barangays, municipalities, cities, and provinces; brothers, sisters, fathers, mothers, children, husbands, wives and cousins were elected into office. Then there is the trickle down effect since these officials also “appoint” positions of power. So they appoint relatives. Nepotism prevailed. So the problem is not only political dynasty. It is also nepotism in public offices.

In Davao City where Pres. Duterte was the mayor and where his family has a political dynasty the following were elected into office for the 2019-2022 term:

  • Mayor of Davao City: Sara “Inday Sara” Zimmerman Duterte Carpio – Daughter of President Duterte
  • Vice-Mayor of Davao City: Sebastian Z. Duterte – Son of President Duterte
  • Congressman for the 1st District of Davao City: Paolo “Pulong” Duterte – Son of Pres. Duterte

Duterte refuses to discuss the Anti-Dynasty law because his family will be one of the violators. Duterte relies so much on the power of Dynasties to get what he wants. Duterte does not want to lose control. He relies on the power of the dynasties.

There is so much talk about anti-political dynasty in the Philippines, but that’s all it is, just all talk.

Anti-dynasty senate bill 1765 - 032118

“Black lives matter” is about prejudice, bias, racism and separatism.

Pushing the idea of “black lives matter” is biased, prejudicial and racial.

The people supporting “black lives matter” also push the idea of “African-American” classification. A form of racial segregation.

An american (USA) family who teaches their children that they are African-Americans first instead of simply Americans, teaches prejudice.

Teach the children about their heritage, race, culture and to be proud of their origins. But never pigeon hole them into a descriptive ???origin-american.  That is not who they are. They are American citizens. The United States of America is a conglomerate of many races who came to America to be united as one, as american citizens.

Former President Theodore Roosevelt in 1915 said:
“There is no room in this country for hyphenated Americanism. When I refer to hyphenated Americans, I do not refer to naturalized Americans. Some of the very best Americans I have ever known were naturalized Americans, Americans born abroad. But a hyphenated American is not an American at all … The one absolutely certain way of bringing this nation to ruin, of preventing all possibility of its continuing to be a nation at all, would be to permit it to become a tangle of squabbling nationalities, an intricate knot of German-Americans, Irish-Americans, English-Americans, French-Americans, Scandinavian-Americans or Italian-Americans, each preserving its separate nationality, each at heart feeling more sympathy with Europeans of that nationality, than with the other citizens of the American Republic … There is no such thing as a hyphenated American who is a good American. The only man who is a good American is the man who is an American and nothing else.”

All human lives matter. We are all children of God. We need to teach our children to be nice, respectful and grateful for what they have.

This organization “Black Lives Matter” is supported by CAIR – Council on American-Islamic Relations.
CAIR is manipulating the deep prejudice of “Black lives matter” into destroying the unity of the American people.
CAIR pushes the idea of “WHITE SUPREMACIST”. This organization wants America divided. They want Americans to fight against each other. CAIR is not for democracy. CAIR is for Islam and SHARIA law. CAIR does not believe in the separation of religion and government. CAIR is for an ISLAMIC form of government.

It is a PRIVILEGE to live in America. A great privilege to live in this great democracy where the basic needs of humanity (human rights) are respected and honored.  A privilege to live in a country where even the oppressor, the bullies, and those who preach tolerance to uplift themselves are allowed to speak up. Then they begin to think and delude themselves that these “privileges” are their rights.

Those who write, talk and protest about “white supremacy” are the people with the mindset stuck in the past which make them bitter. In America only the lack of determination prevents a person from being successful. The lives of the “protesting fools” are testaments to the opportunities available. Most of these protesters are educated and prosperous. They may have been at the bottom but now they are on top. But instead of helping those who are in the position that they were in before, by teaching FORTITUDE, they want to control by preaching SOCIALISM with high inclinations towards totalitarianism. They stoke the idea of separatism. They invest in the apathy of people and blame their circumstances in “Racism and White supremacy”. These fools do not know the meaning of GRATITUDE.

Remember the fools like Colin Kaepernick. They divide America. They are for prejudice, bias and separatism.
People read only what they want and misinterpreted the 3rd stanza of the national anthem.
It read:
“No refuge could save the hireling and slave
From the terror of flight, or the gloom of the grave:”
This was in reference to the PAID mercenaries and the slaves enticed with freedom to fight and kill the Americans.

If the British won with the help of those “paid” slaves, there would be no “black lives matter” organization today.

So these ignorant fools must educate themselves.

Barangay’s power and authority

This is your Barangay. You control it. Not City hall, not the mayor, not the city council. You do. You create your budget requirements. Exercise your power.

Barangay’s power and authority

This is the “Barangay Code of the Philippines”.

The barangay has power and authority over its domain. The improvement of the barangay rests on the barangay officials. The barangay chairman, the barangay council and the local businessmen forge the prosperity of the barangay. Not the president of the Philippines, senate, nor congress, not the governor of the province, not the mayor nor council of the municipality or city. Poor barangays stay poor because of weak and/or ignorant(uninformed) barangay leaders.

When roads need to be built or any infrastructure within the barangay is needed, all the barangay officials have to do is make a resolution and demand for it from the city or municipality council. The resolution will force the city/municipal council or responsible government office to hear the legitimate demands. “The squeaky wheel gets the grease.”

Practically anything that has to do with the barangay, the barangay officials have a say on it and most likely the authority over it. The majority of the barangay officials are not aware of their duties and power. They depend on the city council or mayor. The elected barangay officials are afraid of the mayor and city/municipality’s “Sangguniang Panlungsod”. They are in fear of being ousted or removed from office. The truth is, “Sangguniang Panlungsod” does not have the power to remove any elected barangay officials from office. Only the COURT OF LAW can do this (judicial branch of the government). Information is power. Be informed.

The control of traffic is not up to the city council or chief of police. It is controlled by the barangay. If the barangay needs traffic enforcers, the barangay can make a resolution to demand it from the city or municipality council. When the electric coop or the water district do not maintain their lines, the barangay can directly demand for the maintenance from the utility companies. No need to wait for city council.

The citizens also has the power to make demands to the barangay officials. In case the officials get blinded. Simply file an official complaint with the barangay secretary naming the Punong barangay as the respondent representing the barangay.

  • BUDGETAs far as the preparation for the budget expenditures, it starts at the barangay level, then moves on to cities, municipalities, provinces and regions. The barangays need to exercise their authority. They need to put their yearly budget together for their administration and future projects. The majority of the barangays leave this job to the municipality and city. This is so wrong. Then when the budget doesn’t come or is lacking, they complain.
  • The budget for the barangays does go to the City or Municipality, but simply for holding and later distribution. The city or municipality DOES NOT approve the budget. It was already approved by congress. The city or municipality simply “distributes” the approved budget.
  • The bureau of internal revenue is in cahoots to subdue the barangays, municipalities and provinces. They call the rightful shares to the taxes collected as “Internal Revenue Allotment Dependency”. It is not a dependency. It is the lawful and rightful share of the LGU as specified in “TITLE III, SHARES OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNITS IN THE PROCEEDS OF NATIONAL TAXES, CHAPTER I, Allotment of Internal Revenue Taxes, Section 284.”
  • Imperial Manila does not exist anymore. Budgetary planning has been “DECENTRALIZED since 1991.”.
  • DURING ELECTIONS: Where do City and Municipality politicians go to campaign? They seek the support of the Barangay officials. They plead to the barangay folks for the votes. After the election they forget you. Do not ever forget the power of the barangay.

Ignorance keeps the pinoys thinking that Manila rules. Be informed, be educated and make your barangay prosper.

Socialism Communism Capitalism

There is no stand alone Socialistic country that is prosperous.

There is no stand alone Communist country that is prosperous.

Socialism and communism are embraced by governments who want to control and dictate their will on the people, leading to totalitarianism. The only countries with socialistic or communist ideals who are prosperous are the ones who also embrace CAPITALISM.  These governments maintain the control by dangling free “healthcare” and “education” and welfare programs (housing and sustenance). Making the people dependent on the dictates of government leaders. These countries favor government influence or regulation over free trading dynamics. Freedom of Speech is not fully embraced in these countries. The government exercises the right of censorship.

In God We Trust

“In God We Trust”

These words do not violate the separation of church and state. These words do not promote any religions. These words promote God. These words do not violate anybody’s human rights. On the contrary, these words uphold humanity.

One of the 12 basic needs of humanity is LEADERSHIP. God is the greatest leader of all, a leader we can trust. A leader who will never let us down.

All 50 states should decree that their school systems must have the “IN GOD WE TRUST” sign prominently displayed.

Legislators in the states of Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Kentucky,  Louisiana, North Carolina, South Dakota and Tennessee voted to require or allow posters that say “In God We Trust” to hang in public schools, including elementary schools. Kudos to these states.

Why are some of the politicians of liberal states against “in god we trust”? One basic reason: They want the public to trust them instead.

Why are some school superintendents against “in god we trust”? They are either atheists and do not believe in God or they are minions of the politicians who helped them get their position.

Many political leaders, activists and professors wrote articles promoting the eradication of the national motto of the United States of America, “in god we trust”. They argue that the motto violates the “freedom of speech” and the separation of church and state. That it promotes religion.  Every single one of these supposedly intelligent and gifted people failed to comprehend that God is not about religions.  Their ignorance is making them mislead people into thinking that God is about religions. God is not about religion. Religion is about God. One does not have to follow any religion to believe in God.

The same politicians who believe in “open borders” support the old proposed motto of “E Pluribus Unum” (Out of many, one). They want “E Pluribus Unum” to replace “In God We Trust”.  They fail to comprehend that for “many” to be as “one” they all must have one common denominator of belonging and that one common denominator is God.

george carlin

I want to share the wisdom of George Carlin with you. So much humor, so much truth. This is his view on AGING.

George Carlin’s Views on Aging

Do you realize that the only time in our lives when we like to get old is when we’re kids? If you’re less than 10 years old, you’r e so excited about aging that you think in fractions.

‘How old are you?’ ‘I’m fourand a half!’ You’re never thirty-six and a half. You’re four and a half, going on five! That’s the key

You get into your teens, now they can’t hold you back. You jump to the next number, or even a few ahead.

‘How old are you?’ ‘I’m gonna be 16!’ You could be 13, but hey, you’re gonna be 16! And then the greatest day of your life . . You become 21. Even the words sound like a ceremony . YOU BECOME 21. YESSSS!!!

But then you turn 30. Oooohh, what happened there? Makes you sound like bad milk! He TURNED; we had to throw him out. There’s no fun now, you’re Just a sour-dumpling. What’s wrong? What’s changed?

You BECOME 21, you TURN30, then you’re PUSHING 40. Whoa! Put on the brakes, it’s all slipping away. Before you know it, you REACH 50 and your dreams are gone.

But wait!!! You MAKE it to 60. You didn’t think you would!

So you BECOME 21, TURN30, PUSH 40, REACH 50 andMAKE it to 60.

You’ve built up so much speed that you HIT 70! After that it’s a day-by-day thing; you HIT Wednesday!

You get into your 80’s and every day is a complete cycle; you HIT lunch; you TURN 4:30 ; you REACH bedtime. And it doesn’t end there. Into the 90s, you start going backwards; ‘I Was JUST 92.’

Then a strange thing happens. If you make it over 100, you become a little kid again. ‘I’m 100 and a half!’ May you all make it to a healthy 100 and a half!!

electoral college U.S.A. – antiquated

The electoral college is as antiquated as the stagecoach. The representatives had to catch the stagecoach to go to Washington to cast their votes. We now have electronic transfers and the internet. No need for electoral representatives anymore. Let the state cast its vote.

The principle of the electoral college is great. The principle was simple: the state gets to vote.  The majority of the people in the entire country do not decide who the president and vice-president will be. Popular votes do not decide the winner. The members of the electoral college who are supposed to represent the popular vote of the state get to vote for the winning candidates of the election in their state.

The electoral vote of each state depends on its population and its number of districts. Each state regardless of population gets 2 senators which is equivalent to 2 electoral votes. Each district in each state gets a congressional representative. Each congressman represents an electoral vote.

So as an example the state of California has 53 congressmen (districts) and 2 senators, which gives it 55 electoral votes.

Are the chosen representatives (electoral college) of each state obligated to vote for the winning candidate? NO! That is where the potential problem is. Some states created laws to circumvent that. But there is no need for circumvention. Just eliminate the electoral college representatives.

Let the states AUTOMATICALLY vote for the winning candidate using its allocated number of electoral votes.

No more human errors, biased or prejudiced electoral college representative votes. No amount of money can buy the votes of the electoral college because it no longer has picked and chosen members. The state represents itself. It is AUTOMATIC.

Popular Vote for President and Vice-President must never be enacted. The population in the USA is clustered. The population of the state of California as of 2018 is about 39 million. The bottom 22 states in the population chart as of 2018 only register about 37 million. So if you are a presidential candidate, and the election is based on popularity where would you put your campaign money?

The United States is a country OF the people, BY the people, and FOR the people. To achieve this 100% each county (parish and borough) in the USA must have at least one vote. The popular vote of the counties in the state will determine the winner for that state, which will then determine the automatic vote of each state.

When it comes to local State election for state officials, Gov., Vice-Governor congressmen and Senator; here is another suggestion to think about. Forty eight (48) states in the U.S.A. have counties, while Louisiana and Alaska have functionally equivalent subdivisions called parishes and boroughs, respectively. Why not make it a popular vote by county and have each county carry a minimum of 1 vote or more depending on population of the county (1st 500,000 population gets 1 vote).

Take the state of Nevada as an example. There are 17 official divisions (16 counties and 1 county seat Carson City). The population of Nevada is 3,034,000 as of 2018 census. Clark county (where Las Vegas is located) has 2,204,079 people. If a candidate for governor is very popular in Clark county, he does not have to pay attention to the other counties to guaranty his victory. This has already happened in Nevada. Had the election been based on electoral votes by county, Clark county would have been allocated only 5 votes. This would have really forced the candidate for governor, vice-governor, congressmen  and senators  to take their campaign to the less densely populated areas. The needs of the population of those remote and less populated counties will be addressed and their votes will determine the political future of the state.

Do the politicians of Nevada really care as to what the future of Esmeralda County, NV will be? Do they really care for the educational system in that county? A county with practically no political clout. A county with a population of only 783 people? But if this county has at least one vote among the (proposed) 21 electoral votes for the local election, you bet the politicians will come knocking at the door.

Suspend public officials

It is the responsibility of the local government chief executive to enforce the Law. It is not the job of the President of the country.

The president of the Philippines does not have the power to suspend or suggest the suspension of any publicly elected officials.  Republic Act No. 7160, otherwise known as the Local Government Code of 1991 specifically states:

SECTION 60. Grounds for Disciplinary Actions. – An elective local official may be disciplined, suspended, or removed from office on any of the following grounds:
(a) Disloyalty to the Republic of the Philippines;
(b) Culpable violation of the Constitution;
(c) Dishonesty, oppression, misconduct in office, gross negligence, or dereliction of duty;
(d) Commission of any offense involving moral turpitude or an offense punishable by at least prision mayor;
(e) Abuse of authority;
(f) Unauthorized absence for fifteen (15) consecutive working days, except in the case of members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Sangguniang Panlungsod, Sangguniang bayan, and Sangguniang Barangay;
(g) Application for, or acquisition of, foreign citizenship or residence or the status of an immigrant of another country; and
(h) Such other grounds as may be provided in this Code and other laws. An elective local official may be removed from office on the grounds enumerated above by order of the proper court.

First and foremost the official must be found GUILTY. Then his removal must be by due process and ordered by the Judicial Branch and not the Executive branch.

Recently July 22, 2019 Pres. Duterte announced,  “If there is a mayor or a governor or kung ano kang, sino kang demonyo ka, i-suspend mo, Sir Año. Give him time and if he cannot, if he is not up to it, then papahingahin mo na lang. Suspend mo na. Wala tayong magawa. They just keep on pleasing their own constituents because there is a constituent, a leader. Ganoon kayo, eh,”

The president , has the power to issue an executive order to make sure that all officials should do their jobs. However, this works better when exercised with diplomacy. After all, it is all about POLITICS when it comes to politicians.

Steve Bullock: embraces sharia law (foreign law)

Gov. Steve Bullock of Montana wants to run for president in the 2020 USA presidential election. Of course he has to first win the democratic vote and be their chosen one.

Will he be good for the democrats? Yes!
Will Steve Bullock be good for the country? No!

If the democrats win, the new administration will be walking into an already revitalized government. Where the horror of immigration has been almost cured. And where the economy is booming.  What does the average american want? The average American wants a good opportunity for a job to support the family in a safe and secure country where Americans (citizens and residents) come first and not illegal aliens.

The democratic party will do their best to dismantle the great economy and pave the way towards socialism embracing totalitarianism and the adherence or acceptance of foreign law (sharia law) into our justice system. Last July 2019 California and its democratic backed government already voted down an extended health support for the 65 and older and while the session was still hot went ahead and voted to give free health care to illegal aliens.

In 2017 The legislature of Montana passed a law seeking to prevent the use of foreign law in state courts. Steve Bullock vetoed this law, favoring the Muslims and their Islamic laws. Read the anti-foreign law SB0199 for yourself and you will see that there isn’t a single text that targets Islam or the sharia law of the Muslims. It is totally about being against foreign laws that can be interpreted to undermine the justice system of Montana.  Sharia is a foreign law. So if that law passed, it would have blocked sharia law. Yet Steve Bullock vetoed it. He was lobbied by the supporters of sharia law and he cowered down to these Islamic groups.

In another instance, just last May of 2019 Steve Bullock vetoed a pro-life bill and sided with pro abortion extremists. The law was designed to provide care for children who survive failed abortions, but with the coercion of the pro abortion extremists, Bullock vetoed the bill and favored the termination of life.
