The business started in 2013 at the residential home of Franklin Harry Maletsky. He had 3,790 square meters of space and a 3,000 square foot home. He and his wife moved back to the U.S.A. in 2009. He tried to sell the place but the deal failed. So instead of leaving the residence unoccupied, he went back to the Philippines in 2013 and started the business.
In 2016 Frank (FHM) partnered with Jerwin C. Gonzales as the General manager of FHM Garden.
In 2018 FHM Garden developed the catering business and Gina B. Gonzales became the General Manager of this branch of the business.
In 2022 FHM Garden Inn was opened for business.
