What are comets? I learned from science that comets are dusty snowballs that orbit the sun. “They are made of ices, such as water, carbon dioxide, ammonia and methane, mixed with dust, rocks and boulders.”
My fascination with comets started in 1986 because of Halley’s comet. I have always wondered about the source of water on earth or any planet for that matter. Halley’s comet was the light-bulb moment.
Comets are the infusers of life into the solar systems. There are trillions of comets in our galaxy. They are in every galaxy. They orbit the star(s) and when the time is right, they strike a planet or moon. The impact can either create, destroy or recreate life depending on the core of the object stricken.
